Effective January 1, 2020, the Guttridge Family, the owners of Emerald Park Co./4G’s Development Co., L.P., will be retiring and closing our businesses.

We started our company in 1967 and are proud that we have brought affordable, well built homes to the communities of Elk Grove and Galt for over 50 years. Many of the homeowners who bought Guttridge Homes have never moved, because they love the quality of their homes and their neighborhoods.

We wish to thank our homeowners, sub-contractors, employees, and the cities of Elk Grove and Galt, without which we would not have prospered.
